Benefits of an Online Setting
What we love about teaching online is the no-distractions, highly focused and personalised setting. In a classroom, children are surrounded by 25 or more of their peers; friends who they may be trying to impress or embarrassed to take risks in front of- in fear of getting things wrong. The teacher has so much classroom management to think about during the day that working one-on-one with a child for an extended amount of time is simply impossible. Online, we can completely focus on your child’s needs and your child can really 'hone-in' on their goals. We can address topics your child may be having difficulty with in a safe learning environment. Our students have made leaps and bounds in their learning through online tuition. We have had so many students find their ‘least favourite subject’ becoming their ‘favourite subject’. We have had dedicated students go from a low ‘C’ to a high ‘B’ in just one semester!
How It Works
Lessons are organised in 10-week cycles. This will allow your teacher to create a program that steps towards your child’s goals in a systematic way, covering important concepts. Feedback is provided after every session, detailing exactly what your child achieved in the session. Your teacher will provide some of the learning materials covered during class time for you to review. Homework is also an included option. You will always be up to date with how things are going in class and where we are up to. All lessons are delivered via Zoom.
